Repairs Tenants are generally responsible for:

  • The upkeep of your home
  • Keeping it clean and in good decorative order
  • Reporting repairs in good time
  • Helping your TMO check the repair contractors standard of work
  • Not ignoring problems that need to be repaired as this may lead to further damage to your home or someone elses

Repairs Angell Town RMO are responsible for:

  • Managing responsive repairs and maintenance;
  • Managing gas servicing of Council supplied individual heating systems and appliances through the Council’s contractor;
  • Pest control as necessary:;
  • Maintenance of door entry and CCTV systems
  • Managing and preparing void properties for re letting;
  • Identifying the need for major works and lobbying the Council to programme these works;

Estate Lighting

Most of you who have lived in Angell Town for over three or more years would have noticed that the estate lighting has never worked effectively for a consistent period of time. This is being looked at with the intention of ensuring that we achieve a long lasting and effective estate lighting service.

If you find a street light not working can you write down the post number and let the RMO office know.

RMO will instruct Lambeth contractors OpenView to carry out the repair.
