Repairs Tenants are generally responsible for:
- The upkeep of your home
- Keeping it clean and in good decorative order
- Reporting repairs in good time
- Helping your TMO check the repair contractors standard of work
- Not ignoring problems that need to be repaired as this may lead to further damage to your home or someone elses

Repairs Angell Town RMO are responsible for:
- Managing responsive repairs and maintenance;
- Managing gas servicing of Council supplied individual heating systems and appliances through the Council’s contractor;
- Pest control as necessary:;
- Maintenance of door entry and CCTV systems
- Managing and preparing void properties for re letting;
- Identifying the need for major works and lobbying the Council to programme these works;
